Frequently Asked Questions

Do you direct bill insurance?

We don’t bill insurance directly, but we’ll gladly give you a receipt that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement if your plan allows.

How often is therapy?

Therapy frequency varies based on individual needs and goals. Sessions can be scheduled anywhere from once a month to 3 times per week, depending on your preferences and insurance coverage. We’ll work together to find a schedule that feels right for you!

What is your cancellation policy?

We completely understand that plans can change! Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $20 fee, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

How long are therapy sessions?

Therapy sessions are booked for 60 minutes. This includes 45 minutes of direct time with your child and 15 minutes for questions, recommendations, documentation, and planning.

Should I come to my child's session?

Yes, we ask that parents or caregivers attend the first session. After that, attendance is optional and based on your comfort level and your child’s needs.

What ages do you service?

We proudly serve children and teens ages 3–18, supporting them at every stage of their growth.
